Although some regard me as a guru, I am not a magician
and my partners either. Acoustics and electronics are
exact sciences but complex, only the specialists who control
their science are able to
provide predictable solutions.
The problems encountered in the industrial process of
manufacturing and the design of a room are not the same.
Often, smaller companies and customers have more sophisticated
needs than the biggest ones. This is why it is of primary
importance to determine the most precisely possible framework
of the project according to the requirements fixed by
the customer itself and the existing physical constraints.

Contrary to a material salesman,
we are independent and our step is to conceive a total
solution together and not to integrate predetermined components
in a prefabricated product.
The pilot study
It consists in posing the working hypotheses and choosing
among the possible solutions best according to the expression
of the needs and the framework of the project. As a building
must be built on solid foundations, the pilot study is
the pillar of the project and does not have to be regarded
as a "free
estimate" but as the base of the contract signed
between the originator and his customer. It is the pledge
of the good starting of the project and the essential
work to its good realization.
It is during this phase that the models of work and the
description of the realization are given.

without a good amount of know-how and competence.

It is the pre production run during which are provided
the detailed plans, the technical synoptics and all the
particular books. These documents make it possible to
check the conformity and certifications of the project
and are used to facilitate the future evolutions of the
project. The work of assistance to the customer consists
in being used as interface with the subcontractors and
the internal resources, and guaranteeing the good execution
and thus the good end of the project.
